By accessing or using Feed The Chicken ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Feed The Chicken is a Tamagotchi-style pet game available as a web application and as a mobile application on the Solana dApp Store. The App interacts with the Solana blockchain for premium item purchases and player rewards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Solana Wallet & Transactions

• The App requires a Solana wallet to purchase premium items. All purchases are conducted in SOL.
• All blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming.
• We do not custody, control, or have access to your wallet or private keys.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and seed phrase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or cheating tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its smart contracts

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including code, graphics, text, and game mechanics, is owned by the developer and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any blockchain transactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
