This Privacy Policy describes how Feed The Chicken ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet Address: When you connect a Solana wallet, we store your public wallet address to identify your account, track pet ownership, and display leaderboard results. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.

Game Data: We store gameplay information including your pet status, coop collection, inventory, and progress to provide a persistent experience.

Transaction Data: When you purchase premium items with SOL, we record transaction signatures for verification. These transactions are also publicly visible on the Solana blockchain.

Device Information: We may collect basic device and browser information (e.g., screen size, platform) for compatibility and performance optimization. We do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your pet, coop, and inventory data
• To verify premium item purchases on the Solana blockchain
• To display leaderboard rankings
• To improve the App's performance and features

4. Data Storage

Game data is stored on Supabase (hosted infrastructure). Blockchain transactions are stored on the Solana network, which is a public, decentralized ledger.

5. Third-Party Services

• Solana Blockchain: Processes SOL transactions for premium items. Transactions are public and immutable.
• Phantom / Solflare Wallet: Used for wallet connection and transaction signing. Subject to their own privacy policies.
• Supabase: Provides database and serverless functions for backend services.
• Vercel: Hosts the web application.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Leaderboard data (wallet address, pet stats) is publicly visible to all users. Blockchain transactions are inherently public.

7. Data Retention

Game data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Note that blockchain transactions cannot be deleted as they are permanently recorded on the Solana network.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including Row Level Security on all database tables. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet credentials safe.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
